Job description and responsibilities

• Overall supervision on work performance of the team
• Responsible for overall project management, including timeline planning, resources acquisition, progress tracking, etc
• Ensure the completion of tasks at different project milestones
• As representative to introduce and report the project in different occasions
• Review existing projects and contribute to new ideas/ directions that align with the vision and mission of the organization

Job requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the field of NGO/Social enterprise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, leadership and management skill, problem solving skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure
