In this exhibition, Christine will show her picture book manuscripts and current paintings in two different places in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Viewers can find the dialogues between her artworks, just like the echoes around the hill. We have to go through different stages and encountered lots of difficult situations in our life. Let’s encourage ourselves, “It’s near, so close!” and keep moving on.
Born and educated in Hong Kong, Christine Li is an amateur urban sketcher. She has a passion for art since learning Chinese painting in her childhood. She expresses herself in life drawing every day with different kinds of medium. Christine believes that art should not be something hard to reach by people and should be integrated with life. Working as a HR specialist in learning and development over 10 years, she tries to bring elements of art to her workplace. Christine received her Master Degree of Arts in Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018.
