Note to Group Visitors
Outside organizations are required to register and provide information about their visit, such as date and places of visit, number of visitors and coach license plates before any visit so that the relevant University unit can make the necessary arrangements. All group visits must be approved and scheduled in advance. Please fill in and submit the Campus Visit Application Form – Group Visitors no less than 5 working days prior to your intended date of visit.
