Call for Abstracts: Soka University – 1st International Symposium on Global Citizenship Education (Onsite)
For 50 years since its founding, Soka University has consistently committed to its endeavor for humanistic education and strives to nurture global citizens who can create value and contribute to solving global issues.
This year, Soka University will hold its first International Symposium on Global Citizenship Education, with the aim to contribute to education and society by discussing the importance, significance, and means of global citizenship from various perspectives.
The theme for the first international symposium, commemorating the 15th anniversary of the establishment of The Center of John Dewey at Soka University, will focus on John Dewey, whose works have more recently been revisited within the context of global citizenship education.
