Biography

Professor Leung graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He is a professor in Department of Paediatrics and Founding Director of Hong Kong Hub of Paediatric Excellence (HK HOPE) at the same university. He is an Honorary Professor of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Visiting Professor of Central South University in the People’s Republic of China.  Professor Leung is a Board Member of Asia Pacific Association of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology.  Locally, he is Vice President of Hong Kong College of Paediatricians and Hong Kong Institute of Allergy.  His main research interests include natural history, novel diagnostics, genetics and host-microbe interactions of allergic diseases in children.
