Prof. Feng Gangyi received his undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology and doctoral degree in Psychology from the South China Normal University. Before joining the Department as a faculty, he completed his postdoctoral training in cognitive neuroscience at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on studying the cognitive and neural mechanisms of language learning and semantic processing by using advanced neural imaging technique and multivariate data analysis methods. His research has been published in high-impact international scholarly journals, such as Cerebral Cortex and Neuroimage.
