膳堂管理委員會監管師生中心內各膳堂、餐廳、快餐店及咖啡室，以及康本國際學術園內咖啡室之運作與服務，致力提供多元化的膳食服務。

The Canteens Management Sub-Committee oversees the operation and services of the canteens, restaurants, fast food shops and cafeteria which are housed in the Staff-Student Centres, and the cafeteria in the Yasumoto International Academic Park, targeting to provide diversified catering services on campus
