運動營養
課程介紹
很多人都對於運動營養有誤解,如多吃蛋白粉及食雞蛋才有助增加肌肉的生長 ; 跑長跑要多吃牛筋,以形補形。這些觀念往往缺乏科學證據。本課程從現代營養分析強力運動 (如健身) 及持久運動 (如馬拉松) 不同營養所需,及如何從營養提高強力運動及持久運動的表現。本課程適合健身人士、體適能教練、體育老師及愛好運動的人士報讀。課程內容包括 ︰ (1) 基本營養 ;(2) 運動生理學及水份平衡 ;(3) 增肌營養 ;(4) 內力持久力運動營養 ;(5) 運動補充品。
