The programme provides an overview on the operation of cultural organizations of different scales, at both local and international levels, with highlights on effective management skills in order to achieve better organizational planning and strategies. More importantly, students are encouraged to develop an attitude of accepting new ideas and to have their own perspectives. In the programme, students will be provided opportunities to cultivate more insights by sharing ideas and researching in critical topics and to apply their ideas and creativity in the project, which can help prepare themselves for further studies or professional advancement in the art and cultural fields. (Most of the course outlines and references are in English)
