Abstract:
We prove that Hom-Wu invariants of strongly-amphicheiral knots vanish. The proof hinges on work of Kawauchi and Wu. Moreover, we present a large family of knots which the Hom-Wu invariants of arbitrary satellites do not detect sliceness generalizing work of Cha-Kim. This work is joint with Zhongtao Wu.
