Prof. Wong Wai Ching Angela has been invited to speak at a conference on “Chinese Muslim (Hui) in Diaspora: Culture, Gender, Identity, and Religious Traditions” on 3-4 December 2015. Prof. Wong Wai Ching Angela and Dr. Zhou Shuyan will present a paper entitled “Nomads between Religion and Culture: Re-Invention of Muslim Women’s Subjectivities in Guangzhou and Hong Kong” at the conference.
