To excel the service delivery in UHS, we held a departmental retreat on Wednesday, 13 March 2019. Service Enhancing Strategies and Effective Communication were the focus of our discussion. The sharing session after the presentation was fruitful, exchange of ideas and sharing were enthusiastic by the attending members.
