Application for leasable units at the Friendship Lodge (Only for full-time staff)

One family flat (one bedroom and one living room) and several male/female single rooms at the Friendship Lodge are now open for application from all full-time colleagues affiliated with New Asia College. Current tenants may apply for lease renewal. Applicants of family flat should be married full-time staff, while all applicants and/or their spouses must not be entitled to housing benefits from the University or their respective employer. Applications will be assessed by the College’s Standing Committee mainly based on the applicants’ operational needs and their contribution to the College.
