Notice for Hostel Allocation 2022-2023 (Freshmen)

The list of successful applicants (2022/23 freshmen) for the coming academic year is detailed in the attachment of this notice. This year, there is a total of 379 applications received. The benchmark scores for successful application are 26 and 25 for male and female residents respectively. Applicants should note the following:

(1)    Unsuccessful applicants will be waitlisted, according to their hostel points for further allocation if there is
         any declined offer or withdrawal from residents.

(2)    Those successful applicants who would like to decline the hostel place offer should inform the College

         by email on or before September 7 2022, so that the captioned hostel place could be allocated to other
         students on the waiting list.

(3)    Trading hostel place for benefits (including to but not limited to monetary rewards) is prohibited.
         All parties to the trade will be referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
