New Asia College Cultural Talks 2022-2023 First Lecture
“New Asia College Cultural Talks” is jointly organized by New Asia College and the New Asia College Alumni Association, co-organized by New Asia Institute of Advanced Chinese Studies and New Asia Middle School. There are two to three talks in each academic year. The first talk will be held on 24 September 2022. It is our honor to invite Prof. Tsui Kwok Wing Stephen, Associate Director (Research), School of Biomedical Sciences, CUHK as our speaker. Prof. Tsui is a genetic research expert in Hong Kong and was a frontline researcher during the SARS outbreak in 2003. This talk will allow the participants to experience how a very ordinary Hong Kong resident, with a stoic, simple and passionate heart, embarked on a challenging journey to become a successful biomedical scientist in the last 30 years.
