New Asia College currently has four dormitories, which can accommodate a total of 1,186 students.

The male dormitory Zhixing Building has a total of 129 rooms, each of which can accommodate two or three persons, providing 361 dormitories. There are 108 rooms in the female dormitory Xuesi Building, providing 226 dormitories. Zhiwen Building is a dormitory for boys and girls, with 60 places for boys and 224 places for girls, for a total of 284 places. Completed in 2002, Zixia Building is a dormitory for male and female students, with 161 dormitory places for men and 154 places for women, for a total of 315 dormitory places. The dormitory accommodation period is from early September to late May of the following year. The general dormitory fee for the 2021-2022 academic year is 14,230 yuan per person per academic year, and the remodeled three-person dormitory fee is 9,491 yuan per person per academic year .

The dormitory facilities include activity rooms, TV rooms, computer rooms, study rooms, lounges, etc. Residential rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and computer sockets, and students can connect to the university's computer network system in the room. Residents can use the Octopus card system to operate the air conditioners and laundry facilities in the dormitory.

Each dormitory has an appointed dormitory and a number of dormitory volunteer tutors to assist in dormitory management. They often hold various activities with the boarding student association (the membership fee is 20 yuan per semester) to enhance the feelings of the dormitory students.

New Asia College has specially set up a "one-night stay for four years" system to allow more students to experience dormitory life.

The application date for dormitory for old students is March and April, and for new students in mid-August. Students can refer to the announcement of the Guidance Office or visit the College website to obtain relevant information. For dormitory enquiries, please contact the Counseling Office.
