Application results for 2022-2023 regular-term residence

The application results for 2022-2023 regular-term residence in the College’s student hostels have been announced on the College website and posted in the College Dean of Students’ Office on 31 May 2022.

Successful applicants will receive their billing notification from the University Finance Office by email. They are required to pay the hostel fees together with the tuition fees at the beginning of the new academic year. Those wishing to relinquish their hostel places must notify the Working Committee on Selection of Resident Students in writing before 15 July 2022. Otherwise, they will be disqualified from applying for hostel accommodation on campus in the following year (2023-2024).

Failing to do so will disqualify the students from applying for hostel accommodation on campus in the following year (2023-2024).

Unsuccessful applicants may lodge appeals in writing to the Working Committee on Selection of Resident Students at the College website https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13649911  before 12:00 noon of 7 June 2022 if they have special reasons not previously mentioned in their applications. Relevant documents should be uploaded together to the website as instructed. Appeal results and second-round allocation will be announced on the College website on 30 June 2022.

Resident students wishing to choose roommate(s) should submit online applications to the College website https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13649880 before 12:00 noon of 15 July 2022. For further information on check-in procedures, please refer to the “Guidelines for Registration at Student Hostels”.

Last but not least, all successful applicants should read carefully and follow the latest arrangement of “Vaccine Pass” announced by the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
