伍宜孫書院的目標是讓學生於在學期間最少一次獲書院資助到外地作長期或短期交流，現時學生可到內地、加拿大、德國、 韓國、墨西哥、荷蘭、瑞典、瑞士、台灣及美國等地的院校交流。 It is an aim of Wu Yee Sun College to let students go on at least one College-sponsored short- or long-term overseas exchange.
