Partial Differential Equations

This is an introduction to the classical theory of partial differential equations. Topics are usually selected from: First-order equations, types of second-order equations, well-posedness of the wave and the heat equations, boundary value problems for the Laplace and Poisson equations, separation of variables. Students taking this course are expected to have knowledge in advanced calculus.
