Potential Delay of Microsoft 365 Profile Updates on 19 Aug
Users Affected CUHK staff or project accounts with email address in the format of xxx@cuhk.edu.hk
Start Time 19 Aug 2022 (Fri) 2:00PM
End Time 19 Aug 2022 (Fri) 10:00PM
Cause Server work
Service Affected There will be NO service interruption during the above period. However, if one updates their email address or Microsoft 365 staff profile, it might take longer time for a new email address or updates in Microsoft 365 profile to be effective across Microsoft services or Global Address Book.
