Congratulations to Prof. Calvin CK Chan for being elected as a Fellow of The Optical Society (OSA) in the 2021 class

We are pleased to know that Prof. Calvin Chan has been elected Fellow of The Optical Society (OSA) for the recognition of his outstanding contributions to the enabling technologies for WDM passive optical networks, optical performance monitoring and signal processing in optical fiber transmission.
