The Singapore Court of Appeal in its judgment in BBA & Ors v BAZ [2020] SGCA 53 delivered on 28 May 2020 has again cited Lim, Ho and Paparinskis, International Investment Law and Arbitration (Cambridge University Press, 2018). The book by Prof. Chin Leng LIM and his two co-authors was also cited by the Constitutional Court of Colombia last year, and earlier by the Singapore Court of Appeal in Swissbourgh Diamond Mines (Pty) Limited & Ors v Kingdom of Lesotho [2018] SGCA 81.
The authors have embarked on the preparation of a second edition.
