Prof. Luke MARSH was an invited speaker at an expert panel discussion (“Trial by Jury: On Death Row”) on the UK government proposals to restrict the right to trial by jury. Other Speakers included Prof. Cheryl Thomas QC (Hon) (UCL), the UK’s leading expert on juries, and Former Chair of the Criminal Bar Association, Paul Mendelle QC. The event, organized by 25 Bedford Row in London on 7 July 2020, attracted in excess of 225 attendees.
