Congratulations to CUHK LAW PhD student Can EKEN on receiving the Max Planck Luxembourg PhD Scholarships 2021. The scholarship will allow him to spend two months as an in-resident scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law in November and December 2021.

Can’s thesis topic is “Rethinking Third-Party Funding in Investment Arbitration: Towards a New Procedural Paradigm“. He is co-supervised by Professors Bryan H Druzin and Fernando Dias Simoes.
