Lim, Ho and Paparinskis, International Investment Law and Arbitration (Cambridge University Press, 2018), co-authored by Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, was relied on by the Court of Appeal in Singapore in Swissbourgh Diamond Mines (Pty) Ltd and others v. Kingdom of Lesotho [2018] SGCA 81 in a judgment handed down last week.
