Prof. Mara MALAGODI’s book chapter on Nepal’s former Chief Justice was discussed in a Nepalese newspaper. The chapter marks the first time that anything has been written on the Nepali judiciary also for an international audience. The chapter is available in the book, Towering Judges: A Comparative Study of Constitutional Judges, co-edited by Prof. Rehan ABEYRATNE and Iddo Porat (College of Law and Business, Israel).
