Congratulations to Prof. Michelle MIAO on receiving the Hessel Yntema Award 2020 from the American Society of Comparative Law. Established in 1991 to honour the first editor-in-chief of The American Journal of Comparative Law, the Hessel Yntema Prize recognizes the “most outstanding” article by a younger scholar under 40 years of age.
