Congratulations to CUHK LAW PhD student Jamieson Michael KIRKWOOD on receiving the CUHK Postgraduate Research Output Award 2020 for his article “Chinese Puzzle: Anatomy of the (Invisible) Belt and Road Investment Treaty” (2020) 23 Journal of International Economic Law 245-269.

Jamieson is working on his thesis entitled ‘Constructing a Rule-oriented Approach in BRI Dispute Settlement’ under the co-supervision of Profs. Anatole BOUTE and Noam NOKED.

The Award aims to recognise research postgraduate students with commendable research achievements during their studies and will be presented at the CUHK Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees.
