Reframing Copyright Limitations and Exceptions Policy towards Artificial Intelligence Technologies, co-supervised by Professors Jyh-An LEE and Noam NOKED.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

Ms. Yangzi LI is interested in intellectual property law and technology law. With her thesis, she hopes to clarify the tension between conventional copyright system and advanced AI technologies, figure out the proper and efficient adjustments on current copyright rules and policies towards AI technologies, and maintain the balance between the copyright holders’ rights and public interest.
