Dr. TSE Ka Kui
Dr KK Tse graduated from CUHK (sociology and economics, 1974) and has an MA (1975) and PhD (1978) from Manchester.
He held senior executive positions in Shui On Group and set up his own consulting company in 1992. He retired early in 2000 to promote social entrepreneurship. He was the first member of the Ashoka Support Network
in HK; he co-founded the social enterprise that brought Dialogue in the Dark to HK in 2008. He is the Founding Chair of HK Social Entrepreneurship Forum (HKSEF) and the Chairman cum Chief Education Officer
of Education for Good CIC Ltd.
Dr Tse is a member of the Government-appointed Social Enterprise Advisory Committee. He designed and facilitated a six-month course Who Wants to be a Social Entrepreneur?, jointly offered
by the HKSEF and HKU SPACE.
Dr Tse’s publications include: 《 新愚公移山: 十個社會企業創業者的故事》(2007);《社會企業妙點子》(2008); the biweekly Social Entrepreneurs Newsletter (Founding Editor); a Chinese translation of Everyday Legends: Stories of 20 Great UK Social Entrepreneurs (2008); 《公益創業: 青年創業與中年轉業的新選擇》(2009).
