Ms. PANG Tuen Shuk Penelope

Penelope PANG Tuen Shuk (彭端淑) is Finance Manager of the Self-Financed Programmes Management Unit for the University, operating in the Bursary Office. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Systems Management from the City University, London. Prior to joining CUHK in 1993, she gained experience in a number of companies and audit firms in the UK and in Hong Kong, including Kwan Wong Tan & Fong (BDO). She has also completed her ACCA programmes, thus qualifying as a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms Pang has substantial experience in the diverse components of finance management in the University, accumulated in her career at CUHK.
