- Understand the needs and challenges of NEY and map out a holistic picture of the ecosystem
- Obtain knowledge of the conceptual framework and skills for developing meaningful engagement with NEY
- Acknowledge parental influences on CLD and facilitate family engagement when working with the families of NEY
- Develop competence in effective case management of NEY’s CLD and connect NEY with other stakeholders to support the navigation in opportunity structures of NEY
- Apply tools and technologies in service facilitation, monitoring, evaluation, and outcome presentation
- Strengthen abilities in incorporating CLD lens into services for NEY
