As part of the course “Topic Studies in Public History: Introduction to Digital History” taught by Professor Stuart McManus (馬思途) in 2020-21, the students created a website to showcase their research on the history of Shatin, a nearby New Town that was built after the Second World War. This included work by four student subgroups each focused on a different digital methodology: digital mapping, app development, data analysis and web design. The course also introduced students to video editing and basic programming. Please visit the website here: https://shatinbycuhkhist.000webhostapp.com/
