Speaker’s biography:
Mr. Johnny Lau is Alumnus of Chung Chi College (2010). After graduation, he completed his MPhil in GRM in CUHK. He is currently a Part-time Instructor of Office of University General Education, CUHK. Besides, he is the founder of CUHK Agricultural Development Group (CUAgro). He is a researcher and activist on promoting local agriculture, food education and environmental protection.
