The Committee (1) determines the general policies governing the non-resident halls; (2) endorses the constitution of the student associations of the non-resident halls; (3) oversees the operation of the non-resident halls; (4) supervises the student associations of the non-resident halls through their respective warden, and promotes activities for the all-round development of students affiliated with the non-resident halls; and (5) processes applications for the non-resident halls.
