- School Development Officer Ms. Elsa Chiu is a school-based educational psychologist who works with students with special educational needs in various school settings. She has constructed a training manual for autistic students with school team members, written articles for the professional handbook of the Division of Educational Psychology in Hong Kong and conducted training programs for SLD students. She currently works as a School Development Officer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
