Master of Arts Programme in School Improvement and Leadership

The programme is offered by the Department of Educational Administration and Policy and will partly draw on existing offerings by these Departments and the Faculty. Students will be expected to engage closely with other practitioners to apply their knowledge and ideas to their workplace and educational contexts. The programme will employ a variety of learning experiences, including traditional lectures, school visits, case learning, applied research (including action learning) and focused small group interaction.
