Biography
Dr. Chow Chi Ngan is an assistant lecturer in SSPE in CUHK. Prior to that, she was a physical education teacher
in several secondary schools, a teaching fellow of the Associate Degree Studies Program (Sports Coaching and
Management) at EDUHK, as well as an assistant lecturer in Physical Education Department in CUHK. She was an
Elite Scholarship Athlete in Hong Kong, representing Hong Kong in numerous international races including the
Asian Games, the Half Marathon World Championship, and the Asian Marathon Championship. In addition, she was
qualified to participant in the Ironman World Championship (Triathlon). Dr. Chow is a qualified track and field
coach (IAAF/USATF), swimming teacher (HKSTA), weight training and fitness conditioning coach (NASM/ACSM/PFA),
volleyball coach (VBAHK) as well as a basketball coach (HKBA).
