鄒博士曾於香港科技大學擔任助教及於香港大學擔任助理教授。研究興趣包括:高等教育國際化,教學研究關係,和教學發展。她的多篇論文發表於高等教育領域著名期刊,例如,Studies in Higher Education, Higher Education, 和Higher Education Research & Development。任教科目包括:價值教育與德育和學校教育的架構和過程。她主持過多項國際研討會,其中2020年的研討會吸引了來自28國家,超過400名學者參與。她目前擔任International Journal for Academic Development 期刊副編輯以及Asian Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning期刊編委會成員。她亦獲得Higher Education Academy的高級教員資格。
