CUHK Faculty of Education has made a significant jump in this year’s Times Higher Education World University Rankings, climbing 20 places in the subject category of Education to rank 21st in the world and 4th in Asia.

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2022 by education subject includes 597 universities all over the world, up from 537 last year. It highlights the universities that are leading across the following areas: education, teacher training, and academic studies in education. The scoring criteria include teaching, research, citations, industry income and international outlook.

This ranking result testifies to the academic stature of CUHK Faculty of Education as a world-leading institute of education. The Faculty will continue to strive for excellence in teaching and research so as to make even greater contribution to education in the future.
