Introduction

Sebastian Law studied Architecture in the UK, receiving the RIBA Student Dissertation Prize. He embarked on his architectural career working in various distinguished UK practices, where he developed his design abilities and technical knowledge.

As a former Principal Director of a major international architectural practice in Hong Kong, Sebastian’s extensive design and management knowledge base covers a wide spectrum of architectural experiences. These include masterplanning, large-scale infrastructure, commercial, institutional and “destination” public buildings and complexes which have been award-winning and stand as prominent examples of green, intelligent architecture. Sebastian was a member of the Hong Kong Arts Centre Board of Governors (2010–2016) and Hong Kong Art School Council Chairman (2010–2016). Currently, Sebastian is appointed as Building Committee Member of the Hong Kong Arts Centre and Board Member of the Hong Kong Dance Company.
