Tina graduated from CUHK with undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the Department of Architecture. She joined Ronald Lu & Partners (HK) Ltd. after graduation and became a registered architect while practising as a project architect. Inspired by the story of one of the guest speakers during her freshman year, she quitted her job in Hong Kong and moved to the US to work for the Argentine-American architect Cesar Pelli. She worked on multiple international competitions and won some major design competitions including the Torre de Cristal in Madrid, the tallest tower in Spain and the third in the European Union. She was invited to join the China project team working on the Shanghai IFC and the Beijing World Financial Center. She subsequently joined KPF Shanghai as their Associate Principal. With her experience in commercial architecture, she spearheaded the expansion of the office capability from a local liaison office to a full team of project and production office tripling the company size in four years. While working at KPF, she worked on the renovation of Hang Lung Properties’ Shanghai Plaza 66 development. She was subsequently offered to join Hang Lung in Hong Kong.

She now oversees the planning, design and execution of the two largest and most significant high end commercial mixed-use developments with over 6 million square foot of floor area.
