Meeting GPS mentors --- GPS Orientation 2014

Personal Mentorship Scheme is one of the distinguished features of GPS, which aims to navigate the demands of students’ medical studies and develop their leadership potential through personal and specific guidance.

At the beginning of the Orientation, Prof. Vincent Mok, Assistant Dean of Admission, gave our new mentors a very warm welcome, and showed a great appreciation to mentors’ dedication in nurturing future medical leaders. He emphasized the significance of the GPS programme was to Make A Difference, and he believed, our GPS mentors would inspire mentees to reach higher and contribute to making a positive difference.

The Orientation was then followed by the students sharing. Chris Wong, Judy Chan, Jonathan Leung, Pensi Lam and Phil Xie, the senior students of GPS, recounted their rewarding experience in community services programme, overseas internship programme and leadership workshops.
