Our Professor Sian Griffiths, Emeritus Professor of the School and Advisory Member of the Board of Public Health England, gave us a comprehensive overview of challenges and strategies in the UK when facing the pandemic. 

She compared the ‘living with Covid’ strategy adopted in the UK and the ‘zero Covid’ approach in Hong Kong while thoroughly analysing vaccine boosters, immunising children, and inequality issues among disadvantaged communities.
