Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the development of corporate sustainability strategies
- Implement environmental initiatives and monitor environmental KPIs
- Lead and drive project execution and workstream deliverables including project planning, milestones execution, progress monitoring and reporting
- Review group-wide environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for sustainability reports
- Prepare the company to follow international best practices on disclosure, reporting and benchmarking, and keep track of international sustainability regulations and trends
- Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to improve corporate sustainability programs
- Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to promote the group's sustainability reputation
- Assist in other tasks and projects that are highly related to maintaining corporate sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in environmental science, environmental engineering, sustainability or equivalent
- At least 4 years of work experience in environmental management, carbon auditing or sustainable development
- Demonstrate knowledge in common ESG and sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as HKEX requirements, GRI standards, TCFD and ISO 14001
- Authentic passion and drive for being an agent of change via sustainability
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and analytical skills
- Good data analysis and reporting skill
- Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered as an assistant manager
Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's qualification and experience.
