Responsibilities

• Support the development of corporate sustainability strategies
• Implement environmental initiatives and monitor environmental KPIs
• Lead and drive project execution and workstream deliverables including project planning, milestones execution, progress monitoring and reporting
• Review group-wide environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for sustainability reports
• Prepare the company to follow international best practices on disclosure, reporting and benchmarking, and keep track of international sustainability regulations and trends
• Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to improve corporate sustainability programs
• Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to promote the group's sustainability reputation
• Assist in other tasks and projects that are highly related to maintaining corporate sustainability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in environmental science, environmental engineering, sustainability or equivalent
• At least 4 years of work experience in environmental management, carbon auditing or sustainable development
• Demonstrate knowledge in common ESG and sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as HKEX requirements, GRI standards, TCFD and ISO 14001
• Authentic passion and drive for being an agent of change via sustainability
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and analytical skills
• Good data analysis and reporting skill
• Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered as an assistant manager

Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's qualification and experience.
