职责

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and executing corporate communications strategies, and managing public affairs, media relations and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare corporate literature including press releases, newsletters, website, media reports, social media contents, annual reports and sustainability reports
• Develop speeches, presentations and other write-ups for executives
• Manage corporate membership and award application
• Work closely with global colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and to develop fully integrated marketing and communications programs
• Participate in planning, organising and managing volunteering activities for headquarters staff
• Identify suitable media and speaking opportunities to promote corporate sustainability strategies and initiatives externally
• Execute ad-hoc communications projects when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in public relations, communications, journalism or related discipline
• At least 4 years of work experience in in-house corporate communications or PR agency
• A natural communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills; attention to detail is a must
• Hands-on and collaborative team player
• Ability to translate visionary ideas into functioning, sustainable programmes, and initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered as an assistant manager

Remuneration will commensurate with candidate's qualification and experience.
