Re: Important Reminder: 1^st Term Course Add/Drop 2022-23 Ends on 26 September 2022

Dear Students,

Kindly be reminded that the course add/drop period at Departments will end on 26 September 2022 (next MONDAY). If there are special reasons such as those listed below that you have to add/drop courses, please submit the completed add/drop form by email to the course offering departments concerned by 5:30 p.m. on 26 September 2022.

To add/drop course(s) to meet prescribed term course load.
To enroll postgraduate course(s) which departments do not allow students to enroll under CUSIS.
To take course(s) for fulfillment of graduation requirements.

Students MUST check again their final course enrolment records under “View My Classes” of CUSIS on 27 September 2022. Any course add/drop on or after 27 September 2022 will be regarded as late add/drop. These applications will normally NOT be approved unless there are special circumstances/reasons. Supporting documents are required, if deemed applicable, for consideration/approval.

Applications for late course add/drop under CUSIS will open at 12:00 noon HKT on 27 September 2022 and close at 11:59 p.m. HKT on 3 December 2022 (the last teaching day of 1^st Term 2022-23). If students have any problems about their course enrolment, they MUST apply for late course add/drop by the above specified deadline. No application for late course add/drop will be entertained on or after 4 December 2022.

Dear Students,

The e-add/drop period under CUSIS will start TODAY at 8:30 p.m. If you wish to add or drop classes in 1^st term 2022-23, please perform course add/drop on CUSIS during 13 September (8:30 p.m.) - 19 September (8:30 p.m.).

If there are special reasons such as those listed below that you cannot add/drop the courses during the e-add/drop period, please seek advice from course offering department during 20-23 September and 26 September 2022.

To add/drop course(s) to meet prescribed term course load.
To enroll postgraduate classes which departments do not allow students to enroll under CUSIS.
To take course(s) for fulfillment of graduation requirements.

Students MUST check again their final course enrolment records under “View My Classes” of CUSIS on 26 September 2022 to make sure once again the course enrollment records are correct and up-to-date.
