System Walkthrough for Application for Exceeding Course Load

System Login

System will be open for applications for exceeding term course load in 1st term 2022-23 according to the following schedule:

For Year 2 or above students
22 July (12:00 a.m. HKT) - 1 August 2022 (11:59 p.m. HKT)	:	for updating term course load for course registration period starting from 10 August 2022
26 August (12:00 a.m. HKT) - 5 September 2022 (11:59 p.m. HKT)	:	for updating term course load for course add/drop period starting from 13 September 2022
For new students
22 August (12:00 a.m. HKT) - 23 August 2022 (11:59 p.m. HKT)	:	for updating term course load for course registration period on 30 August 2022
31 August (12:00 a.m. HKT) - 5 September 2022 (11:59 p.m. HKT)	:	for updating term course load for course add/drop period starting from 13 September 2022

Online Application for Exceeding Year Course Load of 39 units (for Summer Session Only)
(Students should check their course load under CUSIS before submitting the application.

23 March 2022 (9:00 a.m.) - 1 April 2022 (5:30 p.m.): for updating year course load for course registration [System Closed]

27 April 2022 (9:00 a.m.) - 6 May 2022 (5:30 p.m.): for updating year course load for course add/drop)
