Kindly be informed the following pertaining to the arrangements of the centralized course examinations in 2nd term 2021-22. |
||||
1. |
Draft Examination Timetable |
|||
The Draft Examination Timetable has been released on CUSIS under the tab “Exam Timetable for UG Courses” today (25 March 2022). When you enquire the Draft Examination Timetable, please pay attention to (a) for face-to-face examinations, the examination venue will be shown, and (b) for online examinations, the invigilation arrangements (i.e. self-arranged invigilation, no invigilation) will be shown. If you have questions regarding the mode of examinations, please contact the course teachers concerned directly. |

(i) |
students will have at most 2 examinations/day; |

|
(ii) |
if practicable, at least a 2-hour break will be arranged for students who have consecutive examinations. |
||
Students MUST check carefully the dates, time and venues arranged for their course examination(s) in the Draft Examination Timetable. If there are genuine problems that students cannot attend any examination, please seek advice from course teachers concerned on or before 1 April 2022. If any students who cannot attend the online examinations due to special reason (e.g. internet instability or noisy in the home environment), they may seek approval from the course teachers concerned for coming back to campus to take the examination. |

Face-to-face Examinations |

For student who need to attend the face-to-face examination, please be reminded to observe the Guidelines for Precautionary Measures for Face-to-Face Examinations before attending the examinations, and also other guidelines/arrangements as advised by course teachers and departments concerned. |

3. |
Special Examination Arrangements |
|||
For individual students with special education needs (SEN), the Draft Examination Timetable released at RES homepage may NOT be applicable to them, as special examinations will be arranged for them. SEN students concerned will receive a separate e-mail soon from RES on the subject. For SEN students who have not yet contacted Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for assistance, they should approach the Student Disability Support Services of OSA (Tel: 3943 5441, e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) on or before 1 April 2022 for consideration and assessment. |

Absence from Centralized Course Examinations |

In case of absence from examination, please observe the relevant University Regulations and submit application via campus email account (@link.cuhk.edu.hk) to: |

Final Examination Timetable |

Students MUST check and confirm their examination details from the Final Examination Timetable which will be released on 11 April 2022. |
